I was diagnosed stage 4 at the age of 24 and 18 weeks pregnant. I went through surgery and chemo while pregnant. My baby girl was born 5 weeks early. She will be 1 on the 12th of this month . She’s happy and healthy. I had more chemo that they made more intense than while I was pregnant. During pregnancy I was on folfox. In Nov. 2014 had blood and cramps..went to ER. Then colonscopy. Found large tumour.  18 niches of siqmoid removed.  12 rounds chemo plus home chemo pump. Now 7 months cancer free of stage 3a. Everyone needs to get a colonscopy.  This cancer is hard if you don’t.
